Chun Ji at Kerning City Construction Site, unlike his brother Manji, a renowned swordsman, had secretly been doing exorcism work, hunting down evil spirits. He said he could sense the power of a strong evil spirit somewhere around Kerning City, and suggested that while he investigated elsewhere, I go investigate deep within the subway. If I ran into any Wraiths down there, it sounded like I'd need to defeat them all.

You again. Seems you know my brother too, huh? I keep hearing adventurers mention Manji's name, so I guess he's become a fairly well-known swordsman. Whatever, doesn't matter to me either way. We haven't had much to do with each other's lives in a long time now.
Wait, actually, I've got something to say to you today. ... Aren't you curious what I've been doing? ... ... The truth is, I've been quietly doing exorcism work around here. That's right — hunting down evil spirits that died holding onto some grudge. As you probably know, that kind of thing happens often enough in this city.
But lately, I've been sensing an unusually powerful evil presence all over Kerning City. Evil spirits show up from time to time, sure, but I've never felt this many going wild at once — it's more than I can handle alone. So, here's what I'm proposing.
Accept: Listen up, then. Ever been deep into the Kerning City subway? I've been sensing the spirits down there acting up lately. So get down there and take out every Wraith you come across. Meanwhile, I'll go investigate the rest of Kerning City.
Decline: You're no fun. Just remember, if word gets out that I'm an exorcist, you'll be the first one I take out.
