In progress
I went to see Rina in Henesys, and she told me she actually took that red cape because Pia also hasn't returned some items that she borrowed. She says that she'll return the cape when she gets her things back... The items are 1 Black Crystal, 1 Ancient Scroll, and 30 Medicine With Weird Vibes.
Completed
I paid off Pia's debt to Rina on her behalf and received the Red Cape in return. Next, all I have to do is bring this back to Pia.

Hmm... If you really need this, you should give back the things that Pia took. Then, I will give the Red Cape to you.
How about it? Would you like to pay off her debt and take it with you? Of course, the things Pia borrowed were all... very precious, you know...
Accept: Really? You must be really close to Pia. Anyway, okay. I need 1 Black Crystal, 1 Ancient Scroll, and 30 Medicine With Weird Vibes. I spent years collecting all these and Pia just took them!!!
Accept: Well... If you get me all that, I'll definitely give you the Red Cape in return. Oh! The Dark Stone Golems probably have the Ancient Scroll.
Decline: Okay. You don't have to pay the debt, when you weren't even the borrower. Anyway, please tell Pia that if she wants to get the cape back, she should return the things she took from me.
M-my things! I thought I'd never see them again! Take the Red Cape back, as we promised!
